Venue Rental

Where is Faith Family Farms located?

We’re at 2320 N Riverside Rd, Ozark, MO 65721 — on the Finley River, directly across from Riverside Inn Park, about 1 mile north of Ozark Park. We’re a short drive from Springfield, Nixa, Republic, Clever, and most of Christian and Greene County.

How many event venues do you have?

We have five distinct venues: The Gazebo (5–150 guests), The Pavilion (50–500 guests), The Wilderness Venue (5–300 guests), The Manicured River Venue (20–500 guests), and The Open Field (500–5,000 guests). Each has a unique feel — from intimate and wooded to wide-open festival grounds.

What types of events do you host?

Weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal and baby showers, birthday and graduation parties, family reunions, corporate retreats, church and ministry events, music festivals, outdoor markets, baptisms, youth camps, photo shoots, and more. If you’re gathering people in Southwest Missouri, we’ve probably hosted it.

Do you offer catering as part of venue rental?

Yes — Meadowtime at Faith Family Farms offers farm-to-table catering as an add-on to any venue booking. You can also hire your own caterer. Ask us about catering availability when you inquire.

How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. For smaller gatherings, 4–8 weeks is usually sufficient. Summer and fall weekends fill quickly. Reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.

Is there parking on the property?

Yes. Parking is available on-site. Large events at The Open Field have ample room for vehicle flow, vendor access, and crowd management.


Catering

What does “farm-to-table” mean at Meadowtime?

It means the food on your plate started on this farm — or came from trusted local producers within our region. We grow our own produce using organic practices, and we build menus around what’s in season. Nothing sits in a warehouse. There are no generic catering packages — every menu is crafted for your event.

Do you cater events off-site, or only at the farm?

Both. Meadowtime caters on-site at any of our five venues and travels to off-site locations for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. Contact us for off-site availability and travel range.

How do I get a catering quote?

Fill out our catering inquiry form on the Meadowtime page, or contact Stephanie directly at 402-305-0960. She’ll reach out within one business day.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Let us know when you fill out your inquiry.

How far out do I need to book catering?

For large events (100+ guests), we recommend 6–8 weeks minimum. For smaller gatherings, 2–4 weeks is usually fine. Availability is limited during peak season (May–October), so earlier is always better.


Weddings

Is Faith Family Farms a wedding venue?

Yes — we host weddings of all sizes across our five Finley River event spaces. From intimate elopements in The Wilderness Venue to full receptions at The Pavilion or Manicured River Venue. We’re in Ozark, MO, a short drive from Springfield, Nixa, and the surrounding Ozarks.

Can we do both the ceremony and reception on the farm?

Absolutely. Many couples use two spaces — a ceremony at The Gazebo followed by a reception at The Pavilion or Manicured River Venue. We’ll work with you to coordinate timing and flow.

Do you work with outside vendors?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own photographer, florist, DJ, and officiant. We can also suggest local vendors we’ve worked with before.


Baptisms on the Finley River

Can we have a baptism on the Finley River at Faith Family Farms?

Yes. The Finley River has been a place of faith for generations, and we open our land to anyone ready to take that step. Baptisms are welcome at The Wilderness Venue, which sits right along the riverbank.

Do we need to bring a pastor?

Yes, you’ll arrange your own officiant or pastor. We provide the land and the river — you provide the faith.

How many people can attend a baptism event?

The Wilderness Venue accommodates up to 300 guests — suitable for a private family baptism or a large church gathering.

Is there a cost for baptisms?

There is no charge for baptisms at Faith Family Farms. Baptisms are our gift to the community — no fee, no strings. If you feel led to give, we accept donations toward the farm’s ministry work, but it is never required. Simply reach out to schedule your date.


Light The Way Music Festival

What is the Light The Way Festival?

Light The Way is an annual two-day music festival at Faith Family Farms in Ozark, Missouri, rooted in faith, community, and the land. The 2026 festival is July 17–18.

The Farm & Location

Is Faith Family Farms certified organic?

We are actively pursuing organic certification. We currently use organic practices — no synthetic pesticides, no chemical fertilizers — and are working through the certification process.

Can I buy produce from Faith Family Farms?

Yes! Find us at the Finley Farms Farmers Market for fresh organic produce. Follow us on Facebook at facebook.com/faithfamilyfarmozark for market dates. We also sell pasture-raised eggs directly from the farm.

What cities do you serve for catering and events?

We’re based in Ozark, MO and serve all of SW Missouri including Springfield, Nixa, Republic, Clever, Rogersville, Willard, Battlefield, Branson, and surrounding Christian County and Greene County areas.
